Our client is a well-established HVAC Mechanical Company. The owner is looking for a Sr HVAC Manager to run his day to day operations. This company has about 18 Techs on the road with a Service Manager, Dispatcher and financials in place.
Compensation includes a very competitive salary of $120K to $150K, plus benefits and other incentives as well as long-term options.
The ideal candidate has been in the HVAC business for 15 to 20 years with the last 5 or so years in a management role.
