Our client is a leading provider of residential HVAC services in Ontario, and they are looking for an Installation Manager to work with their team in Toronto. This person will be responsible for working alongside the sales team to make sure new customers are looked after in a timely manner and make sure that the Installation Technicians are responding to new jobs in an efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC trade, either having worked on the tools in an installation or service capacity or as a member of management coordinating work and looking after customers.
This is a fast-paced, growing company with a strong existing client base and a management group. They are looking for an enthusiastic person to join this team and help them to continue building.
The position pays between $80-$100K as a base salary depending on prior experience, with 3 weeks vacation, competitive benefits and performance-based bonuses.
